Every Custom Sugar cake is handcrafted in-house, with soft, velvety cake layered and finished with our signature silky-smooth buttercream.

Our cakes are made extra tall, with the cake itself approximately 6 inches / 15 cm high — around twice the height of a standard cake. This measurement is for the cake itself and does not include toppers or decorations.

Choose from Vanilla or Chocolate, or make it a little richer with our White Chocolate Mud or Chocolate Mud.

Upload a clear, high-resolution PNG or JPEG. PNG is preferred. Please do not upload PDFs.

Your image does not need to be circular or prepared to the topper shape. Send the complete image or artwork and we'll prepare it to fit the topper shown.

Avoid screenshots, blurry or heavily compressed files, and small images from websites or social media. Please check your image, wording and spelling before ordering.

Please allow at least 7 days for standard orders. Complimentary standard delivery within our standard delivery areas during business hours is included with every order.

Custom Sugar does not cater for allergy-specific orders and cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens or traces of allergens. Products are prepared and handled in environments where a variety of ingredients and allergens may be present.

Our standard cake and celebration designs are sold as shown. Unless a product specifically provides a customisation option, changes to colours, decorations, ingredients, layout or overall design are not available. Selecting a personalised topper or another personalised option customises that element only and does not alter the underlying cake or product design unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Every cake is made by hand, so little variations are part of what makes it special. Colours shown on a screen may vary from the colours you see in person. As each cake is handmade, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the product image; small variations in colour, finish, placement and appearance may occur.

Edible image printing is different from standard printing. Printed colours may vary from the original artwork or what you see on your screen, and the final appearance can also be affected by the colour, texture and surface of the edible product being printed on.
