Cancellations

Custom Sugar products are made to order and production is planned specifically around each confirmed booking.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must provide a minimum of 7 full days' notice before your scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations received at least 7 full days before the scheduled delivery date may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with this policy.

Cancellations received less than 7 full days before the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable for customer-requested cancellations or change of mind.

Orders accepted as short-notice orders within the standard 7-day cancellation period are confirmed as non-refundable for customer-requested cancellation or change of mind from the time the order is accepted.

Changes to an Order

Requests to change an order must be received at least 7 full days before the scheduled delivery date and are subject to availability.

Changes requested within 7 days of delivery cannot be guaranteed and may be declined once production planning, purchasing, printing or preparation has commenced.

Any approved change that increases the value of the order must be paid before the change is confirmed. Changing a delivery date is subject to production and delivery availability for the new date.
