Storage & Care

Custom Sugar products should be stored and handled according to the care instructions provided with the relevant product.

Once an order has been delivered or accepted by the recipient, responsibility for its appropriate storage and handling passes to the customer.

Cakes and other delicate products should be kept level and protected from direct sunlight, heat and excessive movement. Products requiring refrigeration should be refrigerated in accordance with the instructions provided.
