Ordering
Everything you need to know about ordering your Custom Sugar celebration.
Ordering with Custom Sugar is simple. Choose your cake, treats and celebration extras, personalise the options available, then add everything you'd like to your cart.
Choose your delivery date
Select from the available delivery dates when ordering. We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for standard orders, and available dates are based on our production and delivery capacity.
Choose your delivery option
Complimentary standard delivery is available for eligible orders within our standard delivery area. Standard delivery takes place during the day and an exact delivery time cannot be selected. If you need greater certainty around timing, Priority Timed Delivery may be available for an additional charge.
Review your order
Before checkout, please check your products, quantities, personalisation, delivery details and selected delivery date carefully.
Complete checkout
Standard online orders are paid in full at checkout. Once payment has been received and Custom Sugar has accepted your order for the selected delivery date, your order is confirmed.
And just like that, you're all sorted.
