Refund policy

Custom Sugar products are freshly made to order, with production planned specifically around each confirmed booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled and refunded when at least 7 full days' notice is provided before the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations requested less than 7 full days before delivery are non-refundable for change of mind or customer-requested cancellations.

Short-notice orders accepted within the 7-day cancellation period are non-refundable for change of mind from the time the order is accepted.

Changes to Orders

Requests to change an order must be received at least 7 full days before delivery and are subject to availability.

Changes requested within 7 days of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and Order Issues

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
