Your artwork will be printed onto the edible topper shown on the cake using food-safe edible inks.

Please check your artwork carefully before ordering. Edible printing is different from conventional printing, so exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Colours may appear lighter, darker or in slightly different tones from your original artwork or what you see on screen.

For the best print result, please upload a clear, high-resolution PNG or JPEG file. PNG is preferred, particularly for logos and artwork with a transparent background. Please do not upload PDF files.

Your artwork does not need to be circular or prepared to the shape of the edible topper. Simply provide your complete logo or artwork and we'll prepare it to fit the printed area shown on the product.

Avoid screenshots, blurry images, heavily compressed files or small images downloaded from websites or social media, as these may not reproduce clearly when printed.

Please check that you have supplied the correct artwork and that any wording, spelling and details within your file are accurate before placing your order.

Please allow at least 7 days for standard orders. Complimentary standard delivery within our standard delivery areas during business hours is included with every order.

Our standard cake and celebration designs are sold as shown. Unless a product specifically provides a customisation option, changes to colours, decorations, ingredients, layout or overall design are not available. Selecting a personalised topper or another personalised option customises that element only and does not alter the underlying cake or product design unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Every cake is made by hand, so small variations in colour, finish, placement and appearance may occur. Edible image printing is different from standard printing and printed colours may vary from the original artwork or what you see on your screen.
